Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
  • Beds are made with clean linens upon your arrival.
  • A small starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, detergents, and hand soap is provided.

  • Location: 805 Pelican Ct Unit 805, Kure Beach, NC 28449; in the Ocean Dunes Community
  • Beach access is next to the building.
  • The Recreation Center is a 5-minute walk away; the outdoor pool is about a 1-minute walk away.

Parking Information

  • Parking: There are 2 parking spots (1 of the spots is under the carport and there is a height restriction).

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under age two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and will occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties allowed. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • No golf carts unless you have written permission from management.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
